1. Scope of Services

Perth Truck Parking provides parking and storage space for trucks, trailers, machinery, containers, and related vehicles, subject to availability and approval.

Parking is provided only for authorised vehicles and only in designated areas.

2. Booking & Availability

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a parking space

We reserve the right to accept or refuse any booking

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Ensuring vehicles are legally registered, insured, and roadworthy

Securing vehicles, trailers, equipment, and contents at all times

Complying with all site rules, access instructions, and safety requirements

Parking only in approved and allocated areas

4. Risk & Liability

All vehicles and property are parked entirely at the customer’s own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Perth Truck Parking is not responsible for:

Loss or theft

Damage to vehicles, trailers, machinery, or contents

Personal injury or third-party damage

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Site Access & Conduct

Access times may be restricted

Unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behaviour is not permitted

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or site rules

6. Fees & Payments

Fees must be paid as agreed

Overstaying or unauthorised use may incur additional charges

Unpaid vehicles may be restricted from future access

7. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or changes must be requested in advance. Refunds or credits are at our discretion unless required by law.

8. Prohibited Use

The site must not be used for:

Illegal activities

Repairs, dumping, or storage of hazardous materials without approval

Activities that pose a safety or environmental risk

9. Changes to Services

We may change pricing, access rules, availability, or site conditions at any time.

10. Termination

We may terminate parking access immediately if these Terms are breached or if continued access poses a risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
